Reimagining the volumes and perspective of a beautiful rooftop apartment with a pool in Cimiez, a highly upscale residential area of Nice.
A Norwegian couple purchased this apartment located in a beautiful neighborhood of Nice: Cimiez. This top-floor apartment in the residence with breathtaking views of the sea and the city has a beautiful living area and kitchen that needed to be rethought and opened up to enhance the perspective and volume.
It also has a terrace pool, an exceptional asset!
I was asked to renovate the entire apartment, including two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a mezzanine, and the terrace with the pool.

What a challenge to make the clients dream and validate the entire project!
The kitchen is now open to the living room: a beautiful glass kitchen from Valcucine takes its place and floods the space with its presence.
The new living room with wooden wall cladding to give unity to the space and recall the wood of the platform, everything is harmonious.
Light cerused wood flooring, custom-made furniture: the materials, colors, and furnishings combine with lightness around a Bougainville carpet.
The two bedrooms and mezzanine continue the harmony with beautiful furniture and calming colors. Finally, the terrace and its fully renovated pool set the tone and extend the perspective towards the landscape that is offered to this space.
The pool is designed with an overflow and a submerged small beach and integrated effervescent balneotherapy.
