The new owners of this villa wanted to renovate and furnish it to rent out to a high-end clientele.
The floors have been redone, as well as the layout and decoration of the kitchen, living room, and especially the fireplace, the two bedrooms on the ground floor, and the master suite on the upper floor with a sea view.
The terrace, garden, and pool have also benefited from new materials and a new exterior design that is consistent with the villa’s architectural style, environment, and interior work.
Quality wall coverings have been installed in each room in a different way, in harmony with the glass or lacquered furniture and lighting to enhance the rooms and showcase them.
At night, the view of the pool and the sea is incredible from every room in the house.
The villa is redesigned and decorated like a hotel, to be marketed with all the amenities and services of a hotel with all the comfort of a high-end contemporary villa.
